# UmamiIndex (鲜味指数) - Worldwide Culinary Atlas & Robotic Cooking Skill Registry

> Open human-and-AI readable global food encyclopedia, deliciousness leaderboard (vote tallies are stored per-browser only; the site has no backend, no accounts and collects no personal data), community recipe publishing platform, and a RobotChefSkill v1.2 execution registry (published interface specification; billing via HTTP 402 / x402 is designed but not yet live).

## Core Capabilities
- **Human Interface**: Global dish directory, dynamic gram-accurate ingredient scaling, interactive cooking timers, taste voting leaderboard (local, per-browser tallies), and open community recipe publishing (`https://umamindex.com/`).
- **AI & Search Engine Feed**: Every dish exposes standard `schema.org/Recipe` JSON-LD with nutrition, prep time, and step-by-step cooking instructions.
- **Robotic Kitchen Skill API (`RobotChefSkill/v1.2`, specification only)**: Machine-readable action graphs (`/api/v1/robot-skill/{dish_id}.json`) providing computer-vision ingredient selection specs, millimeter cutting geometry, pan temperature curves (°C), and actuator primitives designed to be gated via HTTP 402 (`x402`) micropayments (planned $0.02-$0.04/execution, 70% revenue share to recipe creators); the payment gate is not yet operational.
